PROMECO CONSEIL carried out in partnership with its associated French company CREOCEAN ( www.creocean.fr ), member of SCE group ( www.sce.fr ) leader in consulting design & engineering, in regional management and in environment planning, the development of the directing diagram of harbour hydrography for the 33 Moroccan ports. With this engineering and design department, European leader in his field, and specialized in physical oceanography and the coastal and littoral environment, PROMECO CONSEIL intervenes in the 4 following poles:

Lawful studies and Impacts: This pole studies the impact of construction or enlarging projects of harbour infrastructures, the impact of the rejections of stations of purification and the impact of roads of underwater cables of telecommunication and various infrastructure

Monitoring and management of the environment: This pole studies the adjustment and the integrated management of the coastal zones

Sedimentology, Geology, underwater Cartography: CREOCEAN puts at the service of its customers engineers, geologists and sedimentologists specialists in sedimentary dynamics, coasts defense and acquisition of cartographic data.

Hydrodynamic studies and engineering: This pole is dedicated to the studies of marine engineering (design and dimensioning of work), to the assistance, the control of work of projects, and to the missions of control of work in order to advise the building owners in the development and the protection of the harbour and littoral zones.

In the field of the marine pollution control, PROMECO CONSEIL realized, in partnership with the engineering and design department of international fame MANNESMAN, the study, the manufacture and the installation of a prevention system, intervention and recovery of hydrocarbon pollution in the basins of the oil port of Mohammedia. This first anti-pollution marin system installed in Morocco, uses in its floating boom part PIRELLI technology.
