DEPARTMENT OF SECURITY / SAFETY PORTS AND AIRPORTS

• In the field of harbour security/safety, the department carried out the audit and the sedentary evaluation of the installations of the 12 ports of the Kingdom of Morocco "PFSA" (Casablanca, Mohammedia, Agadir, Safi, Jorf Lasfar, Tangier, Nador, Al Hoceima, Kenitra, Tan Tan, Laayoune, Dakhla), and their levelling in harmony with the specifications of ISPS Code. Plans of safety "PFSP" which were worked out by PROMECO CONSEIL, were approved and validated by the Ministry of Equipment and recognized in conformity with the known ISPS Code recommended by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

• PROMECO CONSEIL, certified RSO, carried out on behalf of the Moroccan armaments the evaluation of safety of ships "SSA", the development of the plans of safety of the ships "SSP", of which ferry IBN BATTOUTA and BENI ANSAR of the COMANAV. Like it ensured the training of marine officers "SSO" and the officers of companies "CSO"

• This department of PROMECO CONSEIL also realized, in certain ports of Morocco, the study and the installation of the systems of assistance to sea transport such as the VTS, the radars, the sounders and the sonars.

• In partnership with a spanish company, the department carried out the study and the installation of the systems of maritime indication in almost the totality of the ports of the Kingdom.

• In the airport field the department contributed to the Audit of safety of the Airport Mohammed V Casablanca in order of sedentary levelling and its conformity with the international recommendations in particular those of the O.A.C.I. and with the European standards of safety of the civil aviation.

• PROMECO CONSEIL levels safety airports and provides the high technology safety equipment such as the X-rays scanners, the detectors of metal, explosives and drugs, the systems of access control and video monitoring.
